Last week Barod received confirmation of our registration as a Disability Confident Employer.
This has been awarded to Barod due to our commitment to ensure that we recruit and retain individuals who may have physical or hidden disabilities, by providing the necessary support to enable these individuals to carry out their role.
Prior to this confirmation, Barod also received confirmation that we had been accredited as a real living wage employer by the Living Wage Foundation. This was awarded to use to our commitment to ensure that all Barod staff are paid a real living wage.
