Campaigns

Driving Change Through Compassion and Evidence

At Barod, we campaign to challenge stigma, shift public attitudes and build greater understanding around substance use. Our work is driven by the belief that everyone deserves compassion, dignity and access to the right support. Through evidence-informed advocacy, we push for meaningful policy change and the implementation of proven harm reduction initiatives that save lives. We also strive to empower communities by educating the public, amplifying lived experience, and ensuring that the voices of those most affected are heard. Our campaigns aim to create a fairer, healthier society where people who use substances are met with support—not judgement—and where effective, evidence-based approaches guide decision-making.
