During the festive period, all of our services will be closed on Monday 27th, Tuesday 28th December and Monday 3rd January, including our needle exchange services and Live Webchat Service. On all other days, all services will be open as normal.
For our Naloxone Click and Deliver Service, in order for your kit to be delivered in time for Christmas, orders should be received by 3pm on Friday 17th December. The last date orders will be posted before Christmas will be Tuesday 21st December, however, these may arrive between Christmas and New Year. After this, the next batch of Naloxone Click and Deliver orders will be posted on Wednesday 5th January and the service will resume as normal from then on. You can still access and pick up a Naloxone kit from your nearest service during this time.
The Over 50s Alcohol Helpline will also remain open throughout the Christmas holidays. The only days the helpline is closed is Saturday 25th December and Sunday 26th December. Below is an outline of the opening times for each day leading up Christmas and just after New Year:
