Our SMART Recovery groups takes place on:
Tuesdays 10am – 12pm (Celtic Court, Tremains Rd, Bridgend, CF31 1TO)
Wednesdays 5.30 – 7.30pm (Alternates between Celtic Court, Bridgend and YMa, Pontypridd)
Thursdays 1 – 2.30pm (YMa, 28 Taff St, Pontypridd CF37 4TS)

Our service user involvement groups provide the opportunity for people with lived and living experience of substance use, to be part of a group that helps shape, improve, and hold services to account, and well as supporting the facilitation of many different provisions.
Our service user involvement groups take place on:
Every other Tuesday 12 – 2pm (Celtic Court, Tremains Rd, Bridgend, CF31 1TO)
Every other Wednesday 12 – 2pm (Pontypridd Museum)
Every other Wednesday 12.15 – 2.15pm (Salvation Army, Glebeland Place, Merthyr Tydfil CF47 8BU)

We deliver a variety of groups and diversionary activities throughout CTM, including Create Together, Allotment, Outdoor DIY, Create Together, Cooking Groups, as well as others.
