Group support available throughout Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion

The Dyfed Drug and Alcohol Service provides a variety of support groups, in addition to the confidential 1-2-1 support available. Below provides a list of what groups are available for anyone to attend. If you wish to find out more information about any of the groups or wish to attend, please call 03303 639 997.

Moving On In My Recovery – An acceptance-based group programme for people in recovery from substance use. Tuesdays 5pm – 7pm (currently delivered online).

Parent and Carer Training (PACT) – Support group for people affected by a loved one’s substance use – Every first Wednesday of the month, 5pm – 7pm.

Peer Support Group – A safe space where DDAS staff facilitate the discussions, harm reduction/abstinence, cycle of change and recovery of those wanting to develop their treatment and/or recovery from substance dependence. The group is led in the most part by those that attend and learn/develop through shared experience and emotional support. This can be structured through informal experience, SMART recovery exercises or abstinence. Every Monday and Friday, 1pm – 2pm (currently delivered online).
