All of our services and consortium-based services will be open and ready to support anyone affected by substance use during the Christmas period. All services and needle exchanges will be open normal working hours (Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm; Fridays 9am – 4.30pm), as well as our live webchat service (weekdays 9am – 9pm; weekends 10am – 4pm), excluding the following dates, in which all will be closed:
- Friday 25th December
- Saturday 26th December (webchat closed)
- Sunday 27th December (webchat closed)
- Monday 28th December
- Friday 1st January
