Cyfle Cymru (Out of Work Service)

Opportunities, training and employment support for individuals in Dyfed

Cyfle Cymru is an out-of-work peer mentoring service supporting people aged 16 and overĀ  in recovery from substance use and/or mental health challenges to take positive steps towards education, training, volunteering and employment. Our team provides friendly, one-to-one support focused on building confidence, developing skills and exploring meaningful opportunities at a pace that feels right for each person. Peer Mentors draw on their own lived experience of recovery and mental health to offer practical guidance, encouragement and understanding. We can help with identifying goals, accessing qualifications or work experience, preparing for job searches and settling into new opportunities. Cyfle Cymru works with individuals to unlock potential, open doors and support lasting, positive change.
