As we get older, alcohol has more of an impact on our health and wellbeing.

Changes in our lives and routines can lead us to drink more than we used to – and the health effects of alcohol can build up over the long term.

If you’re over 50 and have concerns about your drinking, or you’re worried about someone else, our helpline is for you. The Over 50’s Alcohol Helpline is run in partnership with Barod, We are With You, who are the lead organisation, and Inspire NI. Below, you can find the number to call and our opening hours or alternatively, you can book a phone or video appointment via the respective links.
